“YOU” You are not ALONE!!

HEY YOU!!!   Doesn’t it  feels so good being around everyone during those normal days. making everyone laugh, you have the biggest sense of humor I know.  But for real, HOW ARE YOU?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Deep inside there is something that eats you up when you are not around everyone. Trying to be normal and telling yourself it’s okay. You can make it, you can do it. get out of the bed and go out facing your worst fears. to go interact with everyone in the house because you are tired of comments like you are never around, we never see you in the house. those are not good manners. they are not acceptable in society. stop living in your head. you promise to do better and you do want to do better.

you do better for a couple weeks until it happens all over again. The fears, bad bad anxiety, the intense heart beats, the emotions, the tears.

You keep speaking to yourself “get out of your head, but why is it so hard. why me??? why can’t i get this ghost out of my head”.

You hear foot steps coming towards you and you literally can’t breathe, you sit in the corner of your room, praying to God for the foot steps not to come to your room. You just want to be alone and You hate the day light. You would prefer it being night for ever. because with every day light is another day to face.

BUT YOU JUST WANT TO BE NORMAL, HAPPY AND LIVE.

Hey YOU, you are not alone. I am here with you. So many things go on in your head. you are not alone. everyone tells you talk to someone but who is there to be talked to? and this sounds  cliche. It has been said for time memorial but this someone has never come out and we still hear about young people committing suicide because of depression. With no one to talk to. who is that “SOMEONE” everyone is always referring us to. Why don’t someone reveal who you really are.

 

 

 

 

 

 

WE JUST WANT TO BE  HAPPY AND LIVE!!

“Whenever someone tells me to ‘Just be happy,’ I want to yell, ‘Oh, hey, depression’s gone! Why didn’t I think of that?’ But usually I just roll my eyes instead.”  sadness and depression are totally different things this is what people don’t understand but I do understand YOU.

you are not alone . Just hold on. hang in there. don’t give up yet. Be that “someone ” to yourself.  Talk to yourself more and more and some more. tell yourself you can do it, bring  the hero that leaves inside you out. bring that hero out.

“I am here for you”,  That’s all you have to tell yourself, it helps a lot.  Some days are going to be hard but don’t forget to be there for yourself even when no one is.

what you are going through is normal and you are not alone. it’s just a phase and you can beat it.  your battle is our battle.

You are that someone we need don’t give up on us.
